POLICY SUMMARY: Orders are processed within 4 business days and delivered within 7 days of dispatch. Free shipping on orders of ₹1,500 and above. Flat ₹150 shipping on orders below ₹1,500. We ship pan-India.

During peak periods, sale events, or high-demand launches, processing time may extend slightly. We will notify you if there is any significant delay.

Once dispatched, orders are delivered within 7 business days across India. Delivery timelines may vary based on your location, courier partner availability, and local conditions.

 

• Metro cities (Bangalore, Mumbai, Delhi, Chennai, Hyderabad, Pune) — typically 3–5 days after dispatch.

• Tier 2 & Tier 3 cities — up to 7 days after dispatch.

• Remote or difficult-to-access areas — may take longer. We will keep you informed.

Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking number and a link to track your order in real time.

We ship pan-India. At this time we do not offer international shipping.

 

If your pin code is not serviceable by our courier partner, we will contact you to arrange an alternative or issue a full refund.

We are not liable for shipping delays caused by courier partners, natural events, strikes, or any circumstances beyond our control. All delivery timelines are estimates and are not guaranteed.

 

Once the order is handed over to the courier partner, title and risk of loss passes to the buyer. Please ensure someone is available to receive the delivery at the provided address.

Please ensure your shipping address is complete and accurate at the time of placing your order. Mindwize is not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer.
